...things very frequently don’t turn out like you planned, and sometimes you
have to improvise: this is what sets apart good engineers (those who merely
get good grades in school) from great ones (those who understand adversity, appreciate elegant simplicity, and know how to react when things go wrong. And they barely made it out of school).
